• Bulk Orders (10+ units): 2-3 business days
• Custom Orders: 3-5 business days
• Pre-orders: Processed on release date

2.2 Processing Schedule

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET (Central European Time) are processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET (Central European Time) are processed the next business day
• Weekend orders are processed on the following Monday
• Holiday orders are processed on the next business day

• We declare the full value of all shipments as required by law
